I can imagine you are all quite intrigued to find out more about the person behind "The british beauty" as I know when I read blogs, its nice to put a face to a name :) Or sometimes its just about being nosey! That's okay too though haha.
Okay well where to start?
My name is Jessica although I prefer to be called Jess. Just sounds nicer I think! I am 21 years old and I live in England, not too far from London.
I have always loved make-up whether it be a doll's head I got for Christmas as a child with that chalky, awful make-up, rustling through my older sisters' make-up collection or visiting a department store and wondering around for hours trying to find the perfect product - make-up plays a huge part of my life.
This has always been the case although I don't work in a make-up environment. I have a normal office job which I enjoy on a day to day but it doesn't give me that thrill or buzz that make-up really gives me. I guess that's something to look into... hope no-one from work is reading this haha :)
I recently attend "DFMA" which is Davina Fermi Make-up Academy in Brighton from 22nd September till 26th September which was amazing. Stay posted, I will write a blog post regarding my experience on that with pictures to accompany it! I went there to get a deeper knowledge of make-up and to brush up on my techniques. It was also a present for my 21st birthday which was lovely as it doesn't come cheap!
Make-up is something I will always love and I have an ever growing collection in which I hope to share my views on with you, recommend products, not recommend products, share make-up looks with you as well as glimpses into my personal life.
